We upload our yearly newsletter to this site in early spring - typically March. Ordering commences with the arrival of the spring newsletter. We send email notice to everyone at that time. (Note: If the current year’s information is on this site, you already have access to what we would send you.) The newsletter includes a seasonal schedule illustrating harvest dates. Pick the dates that work for you then email us with your requests. We’ll verify availability and confirm your order. Write the dates you picked on your calendar.
Sorry, but we do not ship our products. We also do not have a farm store. All products are sold to customers prior to harvest dates. We do not sell beef and pork by the package. The smallest quantities are ¼ beef and ½ hog. We DO typically have smaller quarters and halves for those desiring less. Our “Yield”sheet, found in the newsletter, illustrates what to expect.
After the first season, most customers have discovered their yearly consumption. Succeeding seasons are consequently easier. Once established, one email is all that’s required to reserve your pastured proteins!
